  • First I must apologise for not updating the site Sooner. I have moved house and have been doing a lot of research which is still yet to be updated to this site.

  • I now have all the Scotney's from the 1901 Census and at present I am half way through inputting it to my database. However I will put a basic index up shortly and if you would like any information while waiting please email me and I will look it up for you.

Awarded the Distinguished Flying  Medal, 580072 Sergeant Kenneth Frederick Scotney.

Are you related to Kenneth Frederick Scotney or know of his whereabouts?  If so, Alan Joseph Wright, one of his old flying buddies from their time in 203 Squadron, would like to hear from him.

I was able to reunite Kenneth and Alan, Sadly Alan died shortly after meeting up with Kenneth. I had spoken to Alan a number of times and also received letters talking about his time in the Airforce. I feel proud that this site helped to reunite two friends.
